• Where is the store based?

  Tifton, GA

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes I do. Payments are processed through PayPal only.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  This depends upon the nature of the item that you order. If the item is ready to ship, it could take up to 5 business days for the item to get shipped out. The type of shipping you choose will also depend on how long it will take to reach you. Custom orders depend upon their complexity and how long it will take to make them. This will be discussed between me and the client via email or instant messaging.

• I commissioned something from you and I can't find it in the shop.

  Check the "Commissions" collection if you haven't yet. This is where all finished commissions will be posted as well as open commission slots. If you still can't find it, I likely haven't finished your commission yet or haven't gotten a chance to post it yet. Feel free to message me if you would like a status update on your commission.

• What happens when I purchase a Commission slot?

  If you messaged me about a commission, we will have already discussed your project in detail and how much it will cost you (payments plans, etc.). Commission slots are open commissions of things I have made before that can be customized to the customer's liking (Ex: Certain species of art dolls), therefore, I already know cost of materials and cost of time and labor to make them. What you pay for those covers the 50% down payment I normally require for commissions. This will also cover the cost of materials to start your project. Once you purchase a commission slot, I will send you an email inquiring what you have in mind for your commission and from there we will discuss it.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
